A starter pack for the Tinker Folio Hackathon.

Hackathons live or die on the first hour. This repo gives participants a 1,000-recipe launchpad so you skip the blank page and start fine-tuning a real small open model in one Lovable build.

What's inside

  • · 10 creative disciplines — dance, music, visual art, video, photo, writing, film/animation, games, theater, fashion.
  • · 100 recipes per discipline — each pairing a sub-domain with one of four Tinker kernels.
  • · A Lovable mega-prompt per recipe — paste, train, ship.
  • · Four Tinker kernels — SFT-Instruct, SFT-Format, RL-Reward, RL-Preference.
  • · TAM / SAM / SOM — indicative market sizing for your pitch slide.

How to use it

  1. Pick a discipline that matches your team's strengths.
  2. Skim the 100 recipes; open the 2–3 that grab you.
  3. Grab a key from tinker-console.thinkingmachines.ai and set TINKER_API_KEY in your Lovable project or shell env.
  4. Paste the mega-prompt. Lovable's sandbox runs the Python training script; the resulting artifact is committed and the TanStack report route reads it.
  5. Polish the report, prep your TAM/SAM/SOM slide, present.

Credits

Built during the Tinker Folio Hackathon organised by StreetKode Fam during Indian Krump Festival 14. Every training script and route generated from these prompts carries the same credit in JSDoc, so the attribution ships alongside the code. Read the build strategy →
